We are Jim and Susan Haas
Get to know us!  We're more than just an awning company...

Jim has been a builder all his life and I have been a designer. We owned a carpet store in Manhattan, KS  and sold awnings and shades out of that location, as well as many interior window treatments. They still run a second location in that area. 

Our great passion for the awning and solar screen business prompted us to move to the greater Kansas City area where we provide commercial as well as residential shade solutions. We take great pride in being "The Kansas City Design Team" for your shade and shelter needs.

We come to your location, measure and design a custom shade solution for you using high quality products that stand up to the exterior elements well. Jim specializes in motorization as well and installs or oversees the installation of all of the products.

We really are at the top of our field when it comes to product knowledge, professionalism and ongoing service. Be careful if you get us started, we can go awn and awn!
