Meet Jim and Susan Haas.
They have been in the home enhancement industry their entire lives.

Jim has been a builder all his life and Susan a designer. They owned a carpet store in Manhattan, KS  and sold awnings and shades out of that location, as well as many interior window treatments. They still run a second location in that area. 

Their great passion for the awning and solar screen business prompted them to move to the greater Kansas City area where they also provide commercial as well as residential shade solutions. Jim and Susan take great pride in being "The Kansas City Design Team" for your shade and shelter needs.

They come to your location, measure and design a custom shade solution for you, using high quality products that stand up to the exterior elements well. Jim specializes in motorization as well and installs all of the products.
